Victoria is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical laboratory science, boasting a Ph.D. from Columbia University in Cellular, Molecular, and Biomedical Studies and numerous scientific research publications. As a Licensed Clinical Laboratory Director in Florida with a specialty in Clinical Chemistry, Victoria also holds a New York Certificate of Qualification for Clinical Chemistry and Clinical Toxicology, alongside being recognized as an NRCC Toxicological Chemist. With years of experience as both Technical Supervisor and Testing Personnel for physician-owned toxicology labs, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with CAP, CLIA, COLA, and ISO 17025 standards, successfully navigating inspections and accreditation processes.  Her experience, coupled with specialized training in Auditing Your Laboratory to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, position her as a valuable asset in delivering high-quality laboratory services with precision and excellence. 

 Ian Apap is an experienced clinical laboratory professional and molecular biologist with extensive expertise in high-complexity laboratory operations, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and clinical assay implementation. Currently completing his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at The Catholic University of America, Ian combines advanced scientific training with years of leadership experience across molecular diagnostics, genomics, and physician-operated clinical laboratory environments. As a former Laboratory General Supervisor at GeneDx, he oversaw high-complexity genomic testing operations, quality control systems, technical troubleshooting, personnel training, and compliance with rigorous laboratory standards. His additional experience as a Clinical Laboratory Manager includes directing quality assurance initiatives, CAPA investigations, audit readiness, documentation control, and process improvement efforts in CLIA-regulated settings. Ian has extensive experience with instrument and method validation, assay implementation, workflow optimization, and maintaining operational excellence in regulated clinical environments. His scientific background in molecular genetics and translational research, combined with practical expertise in laboratory leadership and compliance, positions him as a valuable asset for laboratories seeking operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, and high-quality diagnostic testing services.   

 Armed with an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. After a successful career spanning multiple Fortune 500 companies, Thomas retired, only to be drawn back into the fray to lend his seasoned guidance for ALD's start-up. His strategic vision, coupled with a deep understanding of both financial intricacies and technological advancements, fuels the consultancy's growth and success in navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry.
